Drop-in Art Sessions Saved My Life
Art has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn’t until I discovered drop-in art sessions that I realized just how powerful it could be in improving my mental health.
These sessions provided a safe and welcoming environment where I could express myself freely through various art forms. Whether it was painting, drawing, or sculpting, I found solace in the act of creating something beautiful.
